Guest guest
I've found a very effective (for me) way of controlling it. I've determined that sweet fruits, grains and their derivatives, starchy veggies, and cheese cause my skin to break out. I am not sure if it's dermatologists would call acne or not, but sure looks like it. While I avoid these foods, my skin remains breakout free. So, I basically eat whole foods that include lots of meat (some of it is raw), butter, coconut oil, nonstarchy veggies, raw egg yolks, dairy (except for cheese). Some dairy and veggies are lacto-fermented. Some people have had great success with mega (several grams a day) doses of vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid). Dr. Stoll (http://askwaltstollmd.com/) swears by chronic stress reduction method. Roman Becky Wattenbach wrote: > > Hi, > I have some trouble with this as well. Guest guest
I have treated 3 cases of adult onset acne with acupuncture and chinese herbs in the last few months. in 2 cases I was able to get rid of it in 3 treatments and one case it took 8 treatments and think they may need occasional follow ups. each patient received very diffent treatments since chinese diagnosis was very different in each case. bob --- Roman <r_rom wrote: > I've found a very effective (for me) way of > controlling it.
