Guest guest
Hi Shelly, Sounds to me like he may not be digesting what he is eating well. He may be eating the wrong kind of foods. Cut down on his sweets, pastas and meats and up his intake of vegetables and fruits. You might also consider having him do the total body cleanse or at the very least the liver gall bladder cleanse along with the bowel cleanse. Our bodies were not meant to digest meat, pasta, and refined sugar. They were meant to digest fruits and vegetables, herbs, and green leafy thingys. Try this and see if it helps. It is really helpful to pay attention to what causes these episodes. This will be your key to his wellness. Don Hi Don, He has no special diet. Mainly salads, pasta, soem meat, some sweets. Usually happens about 4-5 times a year. It's usually followed with an upset stomach, and not sure if there is a specific food. This time it could have been ground turkey, and maybe peanut butter cookies. Shelly
