Clarise-ear wax

Hi Clarise, Can't help but think of Hannibal Lector when I hear that

name! Use a netti pot to clear up your ear wax. I started using it

for a sinus infection I couldn't get rid of. I've always had lots of

ear wax since I was a kid. When I started using the netti pot, not

only did it clear up the sinus problem, it eliminated my ear wax too.

It's so much easier than doing the oil in the ear and all that. Of

course using a netti takes some getting use to! You need to use

purified or distilled warm water, and a pinch of kosher salt. You

tilt your head over the sink, or as I do, I take it in the shower and

do it. Then you run the water threw each nostril with your head

tilted. Works so good. Good luck, Kathe
