CayenneDr. Richard Schulze thinks so highly of this herb that he recently wrotea 113 page book on cayenne entitled "Curing With Cayenne". This herbhelps every other herb work better because it stimulates the circulationof blood to get the herbs and nutrition to the cells. Cayenne alsoreduces blood pressure, stops fainting and hemorrhaging, is thefirst-aid for strokes and heart attacks and relieves the pain of anginapectoris by getting more blood to the heart muscle itself.Schulze: "Cayenne is used if the person is feeling faint, or if theyare going to pass out, or if they are getting shaky and you want to getthem stimulated, and if more blood to the head will bring them back toearth. Cayenne and ginger are used for strokes and brain damage. If I could have one thing, it would be cayenne pepper. Because cayennepepper and/or ginger stimulate the cerebral circulation. This is a first-aid for stroke, because cayenne immediately reduces theblood pressure and stimulates the circulation. I’ve had patients I gotto within hours of having a stroke. I immediately administeredcayenne. I would say a tablespoon three times a day at least for thefirst couple of days. Then you can stay on a teaspoon three or fourtimes a day. Cayenne pepper is the first thing you want to think of,and ginger. Ginger is also very effective. . . . It’s felt that gingergoes to the smaller blood vessels and capillaries and increases yourperipheral circulation, and that cayenne goes to the heart more.Cayenne stops hemorrhaging. There's the story of a case where theapplication of a strong cayenne powder stopped excessive bleeding in 2seconds.I used cayenne and other herbs to save a woman who was dying of coronarycollapse. . . . If you have heart disease, you should have cayennepepper in your house, your car, your office, and your briefcase at alltimes. I have had at least 20-30 patients over the years who have had astroke right in my waiting room. . . . I saw his blood vessels enlarge, then explode right in front of me. Then he fell to the floor with astroke. I gave him a mouthful of cayenne tincture, and he walked home.I have seen many patients, in the midst of a stroke, come out of itright away, by immediately giving them cayenne pepper.A heaping tablespoon in a glass of warm water, or 10 dropperfuls oftincture. This is also the treatment and dosage for someone having aheart attack.Cayenne is most effective for heart and blood circulation problems, andfor angina pectoris, palpitations, and cardiac arrhythmia. It’s amiracle for congestive heart failure. It is a specific for anyone whohas any type of circulatory problems, such as high or low bloodpressure, elevated cholesterol, triglycerides and fats, even varicoseveins. With the heart, cayenne is great for prevention as well as for thetreatment of disease. It relieves the pain of angina pectoris byhelping to get more blood to the heart muscle itself. And, if a person has a heart attack, cayenne is the surest first aidremedy. I have had around a hundred people actually save their lives byusing a tablespoonful of cayenne pepper in a glass of warm water, or 10dropperfuls of the tincture, and drinking it down fast. In every case,it brought the person right out of it with minimal damage, some with nodamage at all."Sam Biser: "Does cayenne have any effect on sugar?Schulze: "Yes, just by stimulating the circulation, making your bloodflow better. One of the things that happens with diabetics is that thecirculation of their blood gets horrible. Sometimes, they even havetheir extremities amputated in serious cases. . . . When you havebetter circulation, you have better hormonal communication between yourendocrine organs, such as the pancreas. If your blood is thick, ittakes longer for your organs to get the chemical feedback messages theydepend on.Cayenne tincture saved a six week old baby on the edge of not breathingand another one that wasn’t breathing well. Midwives in Utah put alittle cayenne salve on their hands and rub it into every newborn babiesback. They say it is the greatest for bringing babies to the planet."Dr. Richard Schulze ND MH New DSL Internet Access from SBC
