Guest guest
The mineral zinc is very important to both the sense of smell and of taste. If you decide to supplement with zinc, be prepared for a lengthy commitment as it takes (usually) three to six months to begin to notice a difference. I have read this in several places. I have so many medical problems (hepc, arthrtis in spine, depression, sleep disturbances, no smell) I am trying to find where to start. I'm weaning myself off anti depressants, have stopped hrt. I still take anti anxiety and Desyrl for sleep. Can't stop all at once or I'd probably reallly not feel well. I supplement with vitamins, some herbs.and msm. Everything is experiment trying to find out what works for me. I'm getting there a little at a time. I know a cleanse would be a good place to start but I don't know what to do first. I'm a little over whelmed. I just keep listening to you all and reading all I can get my hands on. I want to thank everyone for the input and hopefully one day I will know enough to be off all this medicine these docs have got me dependent on and on my way to better health naturally.KarenFederal Law requires that we warn you of the following: 1.
