Deb, you are right to be concerned about the antibiotics. Use the Panther Piss recipe in the files to put your body in and acid/alkaline balance. Fresh or frozen organic blueberries are really good for this. Cranberries or cranberry juice, as long as it is organic and no sugars added is good too. Lots of clean water. Don't take the supplement if it isn't working, your body is telling you something here, it probably doesn't have much if any active constituents in it. Last, but not least, make some Total Nutrition (recipe in files) for yourself. It is the best and easiest I have ever come across. The antibiotics can cause all kinds of imbalances in the body, and it is obviously not helping your chronic cystitis. Hormone imbalance can cause your bladder to be overactive and leaky even, so that might be another area to explore.

Re: [herbal remedies]

Hi. I have a question. I am a 24 year old female whohas suffered from badder infection's and an overactivebladder for 1 year. I am constantly getting aninfection and within 6 weeks I have another. I havetried limiting caffine, cranberry, a supplementcalled Ultimate Urinary Cleanse (Goldenrod, AsparagusRoot, Birch Leaf, Cranberry, Orthosiphon aristatus,Uva Ursi, Cornsilk, Alfalfa, Cayenne, Bioperine, BlackPepper) and Lactobacillus. They don't seem to get ridof the problem. I have taken so Many antibiotics inthe last year it scares me. If anybody can offeradvice on something new (and any suggestions on whereI can get the stuff) I live near Madison WI and visitthe suburbs of Chicago frequently.
