sprouted wheat bread

After listening to Doc's lecture tape, I am interested in making

sprouted wheat bread. I already make 100% whole wheat bread. I have

a Dimension 2000 breadmaker/mixer. It allows me to make four large

loaves at a time. Evidently I need to sprout the wheat before I

grind it. I assume that I sprout the wheat berries until they have

and little tails and then I dehydrate them and then grind them. I

then use the flour to make my bread. I would like some feedback on

this so I will know if this is the correct procedure.
