Bread machine recipes... no butter no milk

Sunion Bread for Bread Machine

 

Makes 1 1/2 lb. loaf

 

 

1.25 C Water

2 T Honey

2 T Sunflower Seed Oil

4 T Onion Powder

1 t Salt

1/2 C Salted, Sunflower seeds, whole

1/2 C Whole Wheat Flour

2.5 C Bread Flour

1 pkg. yeast

 

Add ingredients to your breadmaker according to the manufacturer's recommendations.

Use basic cycle.

This bread is excellent when toasted, smothered in butter or dipped in your favorite hearty soup.

Honey Barley Wheat Bread for bread machines

 

Yeast 1 1/2 - 2 tsp.

Bread Flour 1 3/4 C.

Whole Wheat Flour 1 1/4 C.

Barley Flour 1/ 2 C.

Vital Gluten 3 Tbs.

Salt 1/2 tsp.

Honey 1/4 C.

Water 1 1/2 C.**

** add water By the Tbs until a single ball of dough forms, cook on sweet med dark setting.

Grain Bread for bread machines

 

1/2 cup boiling water 1/4 cup 7-grain cereal

Cook these two on stove top until thick, then add to the water below in machine.

1 and 1/4 cups water 2 tbsp oil 1 and 1/2 tsp lemon juice or vineger 2 and 1/2 tbsp molasses or honey 1 and 1/2 tsp salt 3 cups whole wheat flour 2 and 1/2 tbsp gluten flour(for strength) 4 tbsp bran flakes 2 and 1/2 tsp active dry yeast

If your machine has a 2nd kneading cycle , add the following about half way thru this cycle.

3 tbsp sunflower seeds 2 tbsp seasame seeds or flax seeds

Use the Whole Wheat Bread Program on the machine and the light crust baking control function.
