~Black Cohosh Spreads Breast Cancer-

Black cohosh, once thought to be the "safest" alternative for women during menopause, has been shown to accelerate tumor growth and increase the number and rate of metastasis in breast cancer. Researchers are now recommending that women with breast cancer or who have survived breast cancer, should NOT take this herbal product, which is widely available as Remifemin.
