Cost of complementary medicine

Hi,

 

Just want to find out what the group think of the cost of

complement " medicine " . I am considering sending an order for Primal

Defence probiotic but when converted to our currency, it is a bit

hefty for us. Plus there is shipping cost to consider. I just want

to find out if the Americans find the cost cheap/expensive. For

example:

 

Adults take 1 caplet 3 times a day with 8 oz. of water or juice

(USD0.30-USD1 per day)

Advanced usage take 6-12 caplets per day for 90 days, followed by a

maintenance level of 3 per day for life (USD2-USD4 per day)

 

Is this a small sum for Americans to pay in their currency?
