I'd like to think " IT CAN'T HAPPEN HERE " ,

but in light of recent investigations of the FDA, I'm sure it can...

I understood this study to mean that they are

monitoring these kids with the pollution and toxic substances they ALREADY come

in contact with – not that they were actually going to bathe them in it

or feed it to them.
