Compulsory Mental Health Screenings-Kent Snyder, Did Congress approve the funding? Thank you.

Dear Kent Snyder of The Liberty Committee,

It is my understanding that Congress funded the Compulsory Mental Health

Screening in Nov. that Congressman Ron Paul's amendment failed and that Dr.

Paul will have another amendment in Congress in February 2005. COuld you

please send a reply to all?Thanks,
