Guest guest
Tony, the link did not work. I have heard of oil pulling before. Haven't tried it though. It doesn't seem terribly appealing. oleander soup , " Tony " wrote: > > No, it is basically swishing a teaspoon of oil around in the mouth for > 20 - 25 minutes on an empty stomacn one to three times per day. > > Don't laugh until you check it out! Guest guest
I've been oil pulling for about a year now, on and off - now definitely on and planning to stick with it. My teeth feel very clean after doing it, my skin is much less dry - so that I no longer need Oil of Olay every day, and hopefully it's getting some of the toxic mercury etc out my system. Here are some links from the thread that started me off http://www.oilpulling.com/index.html http://www.karenrobinson.citymax.com/f/opuniversalremedy.pdf http://www.vitanaturalis.com/e_olive_oil.shtml http://www.thehindubusinessline.com...21000160400.htm http://cnri.edu/DRwilson/self-care-with-oil.htm I just started Himalayan salt 'Sole' a few weeks ago and stopped the oil initially, but am now oil pulling first, followed by the Sole - works for me, I'm happy with both. I didn't feel right not doing the oil. Me, who has always loathed salt voluntarily drinking a glass of salt water! Well, it tastes nothing l;ike the stuff we buy in the supermarket. oleander soup , " Tony " wrote: > > You must mean the curezone link. Try it with http://www. in front of > it. Guest guest
You don't need to use Oil of Olay? This is sounding better all the time. Thank you for the links. I will go exploring.
