Tony, the link did not work. I have heard of oil pulling before.

Haven't tried it though. It doesn't seem terribly appealing.

You must mean the curezone link. Try it with http://www. in front of

it. Edith.

I've been oil pulling for about a year now, on and off - now

definitely on and planning to stick with it. My teeth feel very

clean after doing it, my skin is much less dry - so that I no longer

need Oil of Olay every day, and hopefully it's getting some of the

toxic mercury etc out my system.

I just started Himalayan salt 'Sole' a few weeks ago and stopped the

oil initially, but am now oil pulling first, followed by the Sole -

works for me, I'm happy with both. I didn't feel right not doing the

oil. Me, who has always loathed salt voluntarily drinking a glass

of salt water! Well, it tastes nothing l;ike the stuff we buy in the

supermarket.
