Alkalinity

So true. Oh! I forgot to mention that I mix raw honey with my apple

cider vinegar. Three years ago I had a massive asthma problem. Now,

I have no more asthma and I do not use inhalers. And..... I have an

indoor cat. Well actually she's a manx.

And iodine? After what I have read on Iodine, I really feel that i am deficient

in iodine or at least low.
