Guest guest
Hi Janna, The web site I referred you to only lists Naturopathic doctors that have graduated legitimate 4 year medical school. www.naturopathic.org Unfortunately, I don't see anyone listed in TN. But that doesn't mean there are no authentic Naturopathic doctors practicing in TN. There are only 4 Naturopathic medical school in the USA and two in Canada. So if you find a Naturopath in your area, simply ask them what school they graduated from or read it on their web site. The schools are Bastyr University (Kenmore, Washington) National College of Natural Medicine (Portland, Oregon) Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine (Tempe, Arizona) University of Bridgeport - College of Naturopathic Medicine (Bridgeport, Connecticut) Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (Toronto, Ontario) Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine (New Westminister, British Columbia) You can also seek out Holistically minded MD's. MD's that are homeopathic physicians. Traditional Chinese medical doctors or which ever discipline resinates with you. All the best, ~M At 12:28 PM 6/8/2007, you wrote: Yes, TN has no licensing program and it really hurts us. But, to just say that going to the web site and researching the dr. doesn't really help when one doesn't know which schools are for real and which are not. How does one know for sure?
