Lithium and Alzheimer's

I often carry a small container of sea salt around to use in place of

table salt.

Interestingly, lithium may turn out to be a super agent to prevent

Alzheimer's. In a study I read about elderly mental patients, those

who were taking lithium were found to be five times less likely to

develop Alzheimer's than the ones who didn't. I am seriously

considering including natural lithium as part of a natural

anti-Alzheimer's supplement.

This and other trace minerals are certainly not a bad idea. Avoiding metallic and other toxins is also a good idea. Keeping the vascular tree clear seems to be of utmost importance w/ Alzheimer's. Many people are so clogged through the arteries that virtually no nutrients reach tissues, particularly the brain. I may be stating an unpopular view here, but here goes anyway: nothing beats chelation to clean up the arteries. I would gladly pay through the nose for the treatment, so I could start to rebuild my tissues. I hope no one reading these posts gets to such an awful degree of plaquing. A healthy diet and lifestyle, that is prevention, is much better than needing IV chelation. If anyone is interested further, although I do not perform chelation, I can direct you to further reading on the subject.
