(NaturalNews) The latest attack on vitamins A, C, E, selenium and beta-carotene comes from the Cochrane Library, a widely-read source of information on conventional health matters. In the paper published yesterday, these antioxidants were linked with a higher risk of mortality ("they'll kill you!"), and now serious-sounding scientists have warned consumers away from taking vitamins altogether. But with all the benefits of antioxidants already well known to the well-informed, how did the Cochrane Library arrive at such a conclusion? It's easy: The researchers considered 452 studies on these vitamins, and they threw out the 405 studies where nobody died! That left just 47 studies where subjects died from various causes (one study was conducted on terminal heart patients, for example). From this hand-picked selection of studies, these researchers concluded that antioxidants increase mortality.Just in case the magnitude of the scientific fraud taking place here has not yet become apparent, let me repeat what happened: These scientists claimed to be studying the effects of vitamins on mortality, right? They were conducting a meta-analysis based on reviewing established studies. But instead of conducting an honest review of all the studies, they arbitrarily decided to eliminate all studies in which vitamins prevented mortality and kept people alive! They did this by "excluding all studies in which no participants died." What was left to review? Only the studies in which people died from various causes.

Greetings everybody News like that are pretty much feeding us up, but there may not be really very much you can do about. Who wants to know the real truth will find it who doesn't care enough will be just fed "scientific garbage" About two years ago our American pride inflated "scientists" conducted study on Echinacea. They concluded it had no positive impact on people with colds and flu. Their conclusion was Echinacea doesn't make cold or flu to end any soon. No real visible benefits were felt by the sick. How can I believe this ultimate insanity? I have so many times used Echinacea right when my throat was starting sore. Just taking a capsule and dissolving it slowly in the mouth, works like a charm! Few capsules taken at the right time ( not when sore throat is

full blown) and I am brand new again. My cold sick days if I happen to get cold, though I try not to, are always less if I use Echinacea! It is much harder to get out of cold fast without it. Echinacea does work, I don't recommend that but I tried this trick when just feeling I am getting cold: Taking Echinacea like 12 caps instead of maximum 9 caps a day. I found high dose reinvigorates my body warmth! I feel how my body starts to generate that nice healthy body heat getting me back to normal fast. This just doesn't happen with no Echinacea. When the American docs "study" was published their German collegues got really pissed of at this study. Geramans got Americans to tell honestly what was the amount of Echinacea used. The American side answered very reluctantly what the dosage was. The Germans got extra pissed, the study was conducted by Americans with very very low Echinacea dosages. It is known for quite some time that inadequate doses of Echinacea

wouldn't kick in. So the "study" was just done on a purpose to mislead millions, I am tired to hear after this "study" Echinacea? It doesn't work! Come on people out there doing the "studies" haven't you left at least a drop of a pure conscience? Echinacea isn't Panacea but it works amazing for colds if taken as supposed. The heartless "studies" just mislead people from knowing how to use it right. Fraudsters making living on other people suffering isn't much of a pride!
