Here are some informative posts from various lists about neuropathy

100-600 mg of alpha lipoic acid is a really effective repairer ofNerve damage of all sorts. As a diabetic I take it, and I know when IForget by the increased numbness and pain in my feet. it's a naturalSubstance, and though you can't find it on a tree or in the ground,it's very good for the body and one of the proven fixes forPeripheral neuropathy.

Taking ALA, Alpha Lipoic Acid, at about 300mg/day in divided doses is reported to reduce/reverse peripheral neuropathy.

Dr. Bate is a retired doctor with lots of good, free info on his site. Somewhere there he lists the vitamin supplements his wife (diabetic) takes to counter her neuropathy.

That is the form of B12  (with methylcobalamin) that I am taking. I will add lecithin and up my alpha lipoic acid intake. Thanks for the input. I really appreciate it. Janna
