Guest guest
Hey guys...just stumbled across this great article called "My Cure for Affluenza" and this quote just jumped out at me and smacked me in the face with its truthfulness: "Affluenza leads us to place a high value on earnings, possessions, appearances and celebrity, a low value on relationships, security, autonomy, friends and family, and blinds us to what makes us happy as human beings." It sums up in a nutshell what was missing from my life while living in the old days of affluenza hell! In fact, I like it so much that I may make it my signature for awhile! I feel so much more peaceful, fulfilled and purposeful living simply...and most of all, HAPPY. Even though times are tough and money is tight...it's just not that important. So what? I live on a little less. If one has what's TRULY important to them, they are rich in spirit!
