Hunza diet bread

I'm a little skeptical of this. How could the recipe be so old with

canola oil (thought canola oil was developed in the 1960s or 70s?), &

baking powder is relatively new also. I'll admit I didn't have time

to read the entire article (2 little tots about ;-), so maybe it

explains the use of these ingredients in there?

I agree, I will use coconut oil. I just have to get ahold of the flour.

The recipe was modified. And since I would not put canola in my body, I

would substitute coconut oil for canola.

Ahhh, but my husband needs a reducing diet, lol. And he loves bread.

He may not like this bread because they say it is chewy...Well, you

I had the millet as a hot cereal as a child and did not like it but

I do like buckwheat. Your hubby may like millet. You never know until

you try. Did I send you an interview with this couple who is selling

the recipe? If not, I can send it to you off list :)
