Barbara, I still need to try your too, I just don't eat cereal so I never think of it. Btw, soaking grains overnight is a typical WAP technique to make the grains easier to digest, for those of you not familiar with Weston A. Price..... Cyndi Breakfast Cereal Recipe 6 c. freshly ground flour of your choice (oat, kamut, etc.)3 c. raw whole milk1 c. water1/4 c. Homemade whey2 t. baking soda1/4 c. melted coconut oil or butter1/2 c. maple syrup1 t. sea salt1 t. pure vanilla extract1 t. ground cinnamon1 t. pure maple flavoringIn a large bowl, mix flour with milk, water, and whey, cover and leave at roomTemperature overnight. In the morning add the remaining ingredients and morewater if needed to make a pourable batter. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare2 9x13 baking pans with coconut oil and pour half the batter in each. Bake for 35-45 min, or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Remove from over andlower the temp. to 200 degrees. Allow the cereal to cool and then crumble up ontobaking sheets. Bake until completely dry and hard, (which takes forever). Serve with milk! Who's never won?
