I always make Martha's butter and wine turkey recipe. And it makes the most wonderful gravy too. This year, I might brine the turkey first, and then cook it with the butter and wine mixture.

 

Anyone else been thinking about their Thanksgiving feast this year? I have a friend who is a vegetarian who's looking forward to tofurkey, lol.
