Guest guest
I know potassium is essential for nerve and heart function. I am a triathlete so I am always thinking about my electrolyte balance. I eat two bananas a day because they are packed full of potassium. I also take dandelion root in tincture or extract form because it has a very high content of potassium along with other nutrients. Hope this helps! Guest guest
I take potassium daily. I have a neuro disorder and without it I cant move hardly. calcium also. my daughter craves bananas and she never complains of growing pains and my oldest used to get grwing pains/cramps badly and started eating 1 banana daily and no problems since. so I think potassium is very helpful. so do most of my family. Guest guest
You can get 600mg tablets of potassium in canada as well as mexico (over the counter). In the US you can only get 99mg ones, however, wylers sodium free boullion is loaded with potassium.melisa SHANNON <melisa_SHANNON_132 wrote: I take potassium daily. Guest guest
wow- that’s great info- the only way I knew to get higher doses was by rx and then they are HUGE. thank you. are there any websites or places would be best to find the higher doses? currently I take one of the 99mg pills about 4 times a day and still try to eat foods with plenty of it. the wylers sounds great too though - not a bad idea anyway. thanks again melisa
