I hope by joining this mailis I can learn more from Master, but some time I don't know the meaning of abbreviation used in this milis, for example : LV, LWG and so on. Secondly, I want advice for meditation on light ( Crown & Heart Chakra ), how often I should do this ? Thank you in advice.
