Dear Master Fe,

Namaste,

I have two (actually related) doubts -

1. Is it advised for a women to heal someone during her monthly

menstruation period.

2. Can a women do twin heart meditation during this period.

Dear Ruchi,

 

Greetings.

 

1. There is no problem healing others during one's menstruation. Unless,

maybe, the

healer is suffering from dysmenorrhea.

 

2. You can still do Meditation on Twin Hearts during this period.
