thank you very much, marilette... interestingly, i

found out that the reason my BP was very high was

because i was watching the iraq war coverage nonstop.

i have been war coverage-free for the past two days

and my BP has normalized... there must be a way to

protect myself from negative energy without having to

isolate myself...

There are several ways to protect one's self from

negative energy without having to physically isolate

one's self. In reality, we are all One and therefore

isolation from negative and gross energy is only an

illusion.

 

Basically, looking at the laws of energy at play

during contamination, you will note that:

 

a.) " Like attracts like " ;

 

b.) Natural flow of energy is " from greater to

lesser " ;

 

c.) All is energy.

 

You may effectively avoid gross and/or negative energy

contamination by:

 

a.) Regular pranic self-healing after which you can

raise your energy level and quality by doing the

Planetary Meditation for Peace properly and regularly;

b.) Conscious regular practice of Compassion, the Law

of Forgiveness and Mercy;

c.) Psychic Self-Defense;

d.) regular proper etheric, emotional, mental hygene.

 

These will properly transform, raise and generate

energy in a more refined level. This will attract

like energy. Psychic self defense works by focusing

the energy to the type and level you are capable of

creating around you. This is why concsiousness or

energy transformation and refinement are primary

requirement for a truly effective psychic self

defence.
