Hi Marilette.

If you want to energize an area where there's a chakra that

shouldn't be energized, what do you do? IE. working on the lower back

and you want to energize the area where the mein mein is, do you

avoid the area or do you energize it with intent to energize the area

only and not the mein mein?

To reverse the question, could you energize a chakra by mistake?

Say if you were energizing the jaw could you energize the jaw minor

chakras by mistake?
