Guest guest
Dear Redstone, Namaste. It is a wonderful idea to teach your friend MTH and abdominal pranic breathing. The important thing about energy practice for persons with bipolar disorder is to have someone monitor their balance/condition regularly. The characteristic of extreme poles of energy and mood must be prevented through monitoring and proper healing/medications. When a manic cycle becomes evident, the meditation has to be temporarily limited to blessing to release energy. Make sure that the protocol includes daily physical exercise for about 1 hour per session before meditation and 30 minutes exercise after meditation. Introduce the MTH practice gradually. Start with once every 2 weeks increasing gradually to once a day. Pranic breathing maybe done for 12 cycles during physical exercise. Please give us feedback on your friend's development.
