treatment for too much thinking

Hi Marilette

I have done psychotherapy. But couldn't find any treatment for those

who think a lot. Negitive thoughts can be cleared but what about the

habit of thinking too much? I must have missed reading

something....in the book. Could you please give the protocol for Too

much thinking or unnecessary thinking.

Dear Lella,

 

Namaste.

 

Thank you for your email.

 

You may apply the pranic healing protocol for anxiety given in Pranic

Psychotherapy by Master Choa Kok Sui, pp.57-59.

 

Pranic Healing:

 

1. Scan the front and back solar plexus, heart, and ajna chakras

frontally and sideways. Compare the sizes of the chakras.

 

2. Scan th ecrown. Imagine dividing th ecrown into four parts and

check if they are equal. Feel for uneveness or bulging. Check also

the center of the crown. If there are any bulges, work on it.

 

3. Scan th eback solar plexus chakra. Divide it into 4 parts. Take

note of the part that is buging.

 

4. Apply general sweeping with violet or EV.

 

5. Energize the front an dback solar plexus chakras with EV to

disintegrate the negative emotional energy.

 

6. Rescan the front and back solar plexus chakra again. Divide each

of the chakras into 4 parts and do sweeping on each part individually.

 

Inhibit the over activated solar plexus by energgizing it with LB.

 

7. Scan the front and back solar plexus sideways. Apply

distributive sweeping and spread the energy around.

 

8. Scan th eheart chakra. Apply ordinary sweeping on the front and

back heart chakras. Energize the back heart chakra with EV

simultaneously visualizing the energy going into the heart. Activate

the back heart by mentally saying, " Bigger, bigger, bigger. " Flick

your hand. Stabilize the projected pranic energy by projecting LB

and " painting " the back heart chakra with LWB.

 

9. Scan the ajna and throat chakras. Apply sweeping and energizing

on them with EV. Rescan the ajna and throat chakras.. Stabilize

them with blue.

 

10. Scan the crown chakra. Imagine dividing it into 4 parts and

apply sweeping on each part. Energize the crown with EV. Rescan the

chakra and stabilize projected pranic energy.

 

11. For anxiety of long standing, it is necessary to create chakral

shields for th efront and back solar plexus chakra, ajna and crown

chakras. It is also adviseable to create an auric shield.

 

For anxiety of long standing, repeat entire treatment twice a week.

 

Introduce the patient to the practice of the Meditation on Twin

Hearts. If done properly and regularly, the person can achieve inner

peace and objectivity. The results will be very fast and amazing.
