Medical Background:

Scheuermann's disease is a condition in which one or

more of the bones of the spine (vertebrae) develop

wedge-shaped deformities. This causes backward

curvature of the spine (rounding of the back, or

kyphosis), most commonly in the chest region.

 

This is a hereditary disease that mainly affects

growing boys. It is the most common postural

abnormality of the spine in the younger athlete.

Children complain of acute pain in the upper back and

in later years the upper spine (thoracic) may become

more rounded (called kyphosis).

 

The curvature may become permanent if it is not

corrected within 6 to 9 months. However, bracing often

prevents further progression of the disease and may

improve the existing curvature. Exercises and good

posture can also be helpful. Surgery is occasionally

needed.

 

Scheuermann's disease occurs most often in children

between ages 12 and 16 and is more common in boys than

girls. The cause is unknown.

1. Invoke and scan before, during and after

treatment.

 

2. General sweeping twice.

 

3. Localized thorough sweeping on the entire spine

alternately with LWG and LWO. Do not apply orange on

or near the head.

 

4. Localized thorough sweeping on the basic chakra

alternately with LWG and LWO. Energize the basic with

LWR. Visualize the enrgy going to the bones of the

spine, ribs and skull.

 

5. Localized thorough sweeping on the arms and legs

with emphasis on their minor chakras. Energize the

minor chakras of the arms and legs with LWR.

 

6. Localzied thorough sweeping on the front and back

heart chakra. Energize through the back heart with

LWG and more of ordinary LWV.

 

7. Localized thorough sweeping on the navel chakra

and the lower abdominal area. Energize the navel with

LWG and then with LWR.

 

8. Localized thorough sweeping on the kidneys and the

meng mein chakra.

Energize the kidneys with white.

 

9. Localized thorough sweeping on the front and back

solar plexus chakra and the liver. Energize the solar

pelxus with LWG and more of ordinary LWV.

 

10. Localized thorough sweeping on the front and back

spleen chakra. Energize the spleen with LWG then LWV.

 

11. Localized thorough sweeping on the head area, the

ajna chakra, crown chakra, forehead chakra and back

head minor chakra. Energize the chakras with LWG and

more of ordinary LWV.

 

12. Stabilize and release projected energy.

 

13. Repeat treatment three times per week.

 

14. Regular physical exercise that are designed to

strengthen the back, stretch the hamstring muscles and

strengthen the abdominal muscles.

 

15. Balanced nutritious healthy diet.

 

16. Be aware of posture which may be aggravating the

condition.

 

17. Encourage the patient to practice the Meditation

on Twin Hearts and blessings regualrly. Frequency of

practice may be adjusted based on age and other

medical conditons.
