Thank you for asking this question.

 

Pranic Healing for Improving memory and revitalizing brain cells:

 

1. Touch the tip of your tongue against your upper palate.

 

2. Stand with feet shoulder length apart.

 

3. Hold up left hand. Hold right ear lobe between thumb and

fingers; thumb in front.

 

4. Hold up right hand, cross right arm over left arm. Hold left ear

lobe between thumb and fingers; thumb facing front.

 

5. Maintain position 1 to 4 throughout exercise.

 

6. Inhale as you bend knees to lower yourself down to a squatting

position.

 

7. Exhale as you straighten knees to raise yourself back up to a

standing position.

 

Steps 6 and 7 combined is one (1) cycle.

 

8. For ordinary use, do seven(7) cycles of this exercise per

session. Do not over do this exercise.

 

NOTE for practice:

 

 

1. For regular practitioners of the Meditation on Twin Hearts and of

Arhatic Yoga meditation, fourteen (14) to twenty-one(21) cycles per

session. Do not over do this exercise.

 

2. To improve energy benefits, face east.

 

3. Not to be practiced by smokers, persons with severe infections,

women during menstruation, persons below 7 years old.

 

4. Control diet: no pork or pork by-products.
