Guest guest
Hi Marilette, I've injured my right knee from stair climbing for exercise. I'm not exactly sure of the specific injury but it hurts when I climb stairs, walk on it or bend it with pressure on it. Can you give me a protocol to use to help me heal it please? I've taken the beginning PH class and used simple colors from the book YHCHY. Thanks very much. -Amy ===================================================== Dear Amy, Namaste. Thank you for your email.
