what is mcks??

 

i am one of many who cannot do twin hearts.it makes us

sick because it raises bp and should not be prescribed

generally.

 

how many om ,cd's are there?does this raise bp?we play

it all day and nite most days but sometimes have to

turn it off,at home..

You are right, the Meditation on Twin Hearts is not

for everyone. The cd jacket contains the list of

precautions and instructions for proper practice.

 

" MCKS " stands for Master Choa Kok Sui.

 

You may not need the Om cd. Anyone can just chant Om

by themselves; however, the energy quality of the

sound produced will vary depending on the energy of

the person chanting.

 

In general, the Om sound facilitates healing because

it raises and refines the psychic energy of the

environment. But then, again, as in all things, there

are no quick fixes. The persons within the

environment remains to have free will to do good or

otherwise.
