Guest guest
Dear Marilette , In your reply , the last point mentions not mixing 'practises' from different schools. I am still to learn the TH Meditations as my basic course is in progress. But I have done the Vipassana Meditation and do practise it sometimes. I am also a member of the Art of Living Organisation and practice the Sudarshan Kriya - a powerful breathing technique. I would like to know if it would be safe for me to go ahead with the last session of my course which includes TH Meditations. Also , will I have to stop practising the Vipassana Meditation and Sudarshan Kriya if I have to progress more in PH ? Warm Regards Kunal Aher - India. ==================================================== Dear Kunal, Namaste. The teachings of Master Choa uses energy as the standard point of reference. Energy - subtle or gross, unseen or seen - is real. As you have experienced, during the start of the basic level, the initial practice of the Meditation on Twin Hearts (MTH) produced tremendous energy. Because of the severely congested condition of your body, the physical result was profuse sweating and other adverse reactions. The MTH is simple, very advanced and powerful. It has to be practiced following the simple instructions and mixing with meditations from other schools is strongly not advised. Mixing meditation practices would be like eating North Indian food, then South Indian food, then North Chinese food, then south Chinese food, then French food, etc. You end up with severe indigestion, instead of nourishment for growth and well being.
