Guest guest
Hi, In the last 10 days, i have done the meditation 8 times. In the last 2 times, i have started to sweat a lot. The last one was just too much, i somehow managed to finish it. I get a feeling of heat on my palms and the upper body. For last 2 days, i am having indigestion and mild fever. Have pain all over the body. Is there something i am doing wrong, I excercise after and before the meditation. I do my meditation in the evenings/night. Please advise Regards Vineet ================================================= Dear Vineet, Namaste. Thank you for your email. Sweating is the body's way of equalizing body temperature and cleansing by releasing toxins through the skin. The solar plexus is the body's " thermostat " and pain indicator center. Pain and fever indicate severe congestion. The digestive system is controlled by the ajna, throat, solar plexus and navel chakras. The Meditation on Twin Hearts is a highly advanced form of meditation with powerful healing effects. To avoid adverse reaction, please do the following: 1. Increase physical exercises before the practice of the Meditation to one (1) to two (2) hours of aerobic exercises per session. Do the recommended physical exercises after Meditation. 2. Take a bath thoroughly in water with salt for 15 minutes before practicing the Meditation. 3. Watch your diet. Eat mostly fresh vegetables and fruits; no pork nor fish without scales. Take proper amounts of fresh water daily. 4. No smoking. Avoid secondary smoking: Avoid enclosed areas where there are people smoking. 5. Mixing spiritual practices from other schools is not adviseable. Please keep us informed of your progress. Love, Marilette 1.
