Guest guest
Dear Marilette It is some time that I am following this Pranic Healing Health Group. I have performed the pranc healing basic, advanced and psychotherapy courses and clairvoyance. I am male and 47 years old. For the last 9 years I have been experiencing atrial fibrillation - a cardiac rhythm disturbance. I have been examined dozens of times in hospitals with no obvious detectable disease. All the traditional medicine did not help getting rid off this disturbance. Since I have started practicing Pranic Healing, Twin Heart Meditation and my PH teacher has treated me a couple of times I observed that the length and intensity of the arrhythmia decreased but unfortunately it is still there. I have observed that possible triggers for an atrial fibrillation " session " are the following food groups: lactose products, some cereals, pork & shellfish or simply sleeping on the left side of the body. Is there a PH protocol? Thanks very much in advance. Michele ====================== Dear Michele, Namaste. Thank you for your email. Medical Background: Atrial fibrillation/flutter is a heart rhythm disorder (arrhythmia). It usually involves a rapid heart rate, in which the upper heart chambers (atria) are stimulated to contract in a very disorganized and abnormal manner. Arrhythmias are caused by a disruption of the normal functioning of the electrical conduction system of the heart. Normally, the atria and ventricles contract in a coordinated manner. In atrial fibrillation and flutter, the atria are stimulated to contract very quickly and differently from the normal activity originating from the sinoatrial node. This results in ineffective and uncoordinated contraction of the atria in atrial fibrillation, and in a peculiarly organized contraction pattern in atrial flutter. The condition can be caused by impulses which are transmitted to the ventricles in an irregular fashion or by some impulses failing to be transmitted. This makes the ventricles beat irregularly, which leads to an irregular (and usually fast) pulse in atrial fibrillation. In atrial flutter, however, the ventricles may beat rapidly, but regularly. If the atrial fibrillation/flutter is part of a condition called sick sinus syndrome, the sinus node may not work properly, and the heart rate may alternate between slow and fast. The result may be not enough blood to meet the needs of the body. Sometimes there is no obvious reason or cause for the AF. Patients, most often younger than 65, who develop Afib may have no changes in their heart structure or other particular cause for their Afib. This has been called “Lone Afib .” In other patients, AF occurs because the tissue structure of the atrium has changed and enlarged, called remodeling. This can be due to: -High blood pressure -Coronary artery disease-a condition in which the normal blood flow to the heart is changed because of blockages in arteries -Heart failure—a condition in which the heart’s main pumping chambers (the ventricles) don’t work well, and this can lead to problems with the atria -Valvular heart disease—damage to a valve can cause the atria to enlarge and lead to Afib -Lung diseases-some people with chronic lung diseases have changes in the structure of the atria that leads to Afib -Thyroid problems—an overactive thyroid gland can lead to Afib -Excessive alcohol intake—People who drink alcohol often, in large quantities, or who have drinking binges may get Afib. Sometimes people who have had heart bypass or other heart surgery may develop atrial fibrillation soon after the surgery. This may be related to scarring or irritation. This may convert on its own, or require other treatment. Symptoms : -Sensation of feeling heart beat (palpitations) -Pulse may feel rapid, racing, pounding, fluttering, or it can feel too slow -Pulse may feel regular or irregular -Dizziness, light-headedness -Fainting -Confusion -Fatigue -Shortness of breath -Breathing difficulty, lying down -Sensation of tightness in the chest Note: Symptoms may begin or stop suddenly. Source: U.S. National Library of Meddicine and National Institutes of Health updated by Glenn Gandelman, MD MPH Self-Pranic Healing: 1. Invoke and scan before, during and after treatment. 2. Do slow deep abdominal pranic breathing for 12 cycles to 5 minutes before start of treatment. Continue during treatment. If there are other medical conditions like thyroid problems, hypertension, coronary blocks, etc., please apply the appropiate Pranic Healing treatment. 3. General sweeping. 4. Localized thorough sweeping on the front and back of the lungs. Energize the back of th lungs with LWG then LWO then ordinary LWV. Point your fingers away from the patient's head when energizing with O. Apply more localized thorough sweeping on the front and back of the lungs. 5. Localized thorough sweeping on the front and back solar plexus chakra and the liver. 6. Localized thorough sweeping on the front heart chakra and the physical heart using alternately LWG and ordinary LWV. The emphasis is on the right upper part of the heart. 7. Localized thorough sweeping on the back heart chakra. Energize the heart through the back heart chakra with LWG, LWB then ordinary LWV. 8. Apply more localized thorough sweeping on the front heart chakra and the physical heart, especially on the right upper part of the heart. 9. Energize the solar plexus chakra with LWG, LWB then ordinary LWV. 10. Apply more localized thorough sweeping on the front and back solar plexus chakra and the liver. 11. Localized thorough sweeping on the throat chakra and secondary throat chakra. This is important. Energize them with LWG, LWB then ordinary LWV. 12. Localized thorough sweeping on the abdominal area and the navel chakra. Energize the navel chakra with LWG then ordinary LWV. Apply more localized sweeping on the navel and abdominal area. 13. Localized thorough sweeping on the basic chakra. Energize with LWR. 14. Localized thorough sweeping on the crown chakra, forehead chakra and ajna chakra. Energize them with LWG then with more of ordinary LWV. 15. Stabilize and release projected pranic energy. 16. Repeat treatment 3 times per week. 17. Continue Pranic Breathing practice - 5 minutes per session, several sessions per day and Pranic Healing. If there are no other medical conditions that prevent the proper practice of the Meditation on Twin Hearts (MTH), practice the MTH regularly. 18. Avoid milk products, cereals which trigger the AF, pork, shellfish and sleeping on the left side of the body. 19. Do gentle aerobic physical exercise like swimming or brisk walking for at least 15 to 30 minutes everyday.
