Guest guest
Dear Marilette, Atma Namste. One of the self-healings I do regularly (advanced pranic healing pp. 207-209) has 15 steps, and take me a long time to complete. Is it okay to take breaks in between the steps, or should I allocate one long time slot and finish without interruptions between steps? Thank you, Thomas ==================== Dear Thomas, Atma namaste. Thank you for your email. Pranic Healing is applied to the energy body through the chakras which operate as a network. In general, sufficient time has to be allotted to be able to apply the complete protocol continuously. Unless explicitly made part of the instructions of the protocol, pausing for breaks may cause the applied energy to dissipate or become insufficiently stable. If you are too debilitated to do regular self-healing, it may be helpful to ask for the assistance of a proficient Advanced Pranic Healer once or more times a week to supplement your self-healing protocol.
