===================================

Atma namaste.

Thank you for your email.

Medical Background:

Athlete's Foot also called: Tinea pedis

Athlete's foot is a common infection caused by the tinea fungus. It is not

serious. Symptoms include itching, burning and cracked, scaly skin between your

toes. Tinea grows best in damp, dark and warm places, which is why it often

develops between your toes. It can spread to your toenails, as well, making them

thick and crumbly.

You can get athlete's foot from damp surfaces, such as locker room floors. To

prevent it

* Wash your feet every day

* Dry your feet well, especially between your toes

* Wear clean socks

* Don't walk barefoot in public areas

* Wear flip-flops in locker room showers

Treatments include over-the-counter antifungal creams for most cases and

prescription medicines for more serious infections.

Pranic Healing:

1. Localized thorough sweeping on the affected part(s) alternately with LWG and

LWO. Do not energize until the affected part is thoroughly cleansed.

2. Energize the affected part(s) with LWG, LWB then ordinary LWV.

3. Stabilize and release projected energy.

4. Repeat treatment 3 times per day for the next several days.

5. Wash all existing footwear, socks, bedsheets, carpet, in hot soapy water.

Dry completely under the sun before use.

6. Before bedtime, soak feet up to the ankles for 5-15 minutes in a bowl with

warm water and 10 drops of tea tree essential oil.

7. Dry feet completely with a clean cloth especially between the toes before

wearing clean dry socks or other clean dry footwear.

Follow strictly the preventive practices to avoid reinfection:

" * Wash your feet every day

* Dry your feet well, especially between your toes

* Wear clean socks

* Don't walk barefoot in public areas

* Wear slippers in locker room showers "

Love,

Marilette
