Hey yo,

I bought some Blue Kyanite recently. I noticed after an evening of holding it

that a red crystal-like substance was showing from the bottom of the shard. I'm

curious if anyone else has experienced stones transforming so quickly?

I don't know what the substance is....I can only surmise from what I've read in

my geology book on the subject of rocks.

Yes, I had looked the gemstone over really well after getting it. I know that

gemstones can and do transform. I haven't experienced or read about others

experiencing such. It also looked as though a " giant " something had taken a

bite out of the end thereby exposing more of the red crystal-like substance

recently.

Thanks for any info in advance.

I've noticed changes with bloodstone rather quickly (white flecks

appearing in the stone). Particulary people with blood disorders.

One gentleman had his stone almost completely white within a week.

Blessings,

Christine
