Guest guest
Greetings all, Personally, I prefer Selenite for cleansing/charging crystals. One reason is it is one of the few crystals that does not need to be cleansed and charged itself, Amethyst does eventually need to be cleansed. Selenite transmutes dark/bad/negative energies into light/white/pure energies. I have Selenite plate, wands, clusters and spheres ... all of which are spread out around the house to assist in cleansing the crystals around them as well as the energies in the air. Our meditation room is more on the line of a self-cleaning *oven* with all the Selenite and crystals in it ... lol Blessings to your eve all. Guest guest
ReNau This may be a silly question, but is there any kind of ratio in size in cleansing crystals with selenite? I believe I have one wand. I keep it in my bow window in a double circle of crystals that I have not had the time to smudge since I purchased them. Now, do you think that the wand has cleansed them all? I have one generator crystal in the middle of them. I just sort of think that there must be some kind of ratio. I mean a tiny tumblestone may not be enough to cleanse a geode or a room. I just always need some kind of guideline. thanks for your help. Selenite transmutes negative energies into positive energies. So it is more taking in and then giving back out. There would be the aspect of allowing a bit more time for larger pieces regardless of what cleansing medium you use. Also, one crystal being cleansed verses 5 crystals being cleansed would make some difference. Wands are especially nice with any of the cleasning/charging crystals because you can direct the energies of the wand at a specific crystal ... so basically you have a fast energy channel with a wand. One of the key ingredients to any cleansing and charging of crystals is INTENT. Quite frankly one doesn't even need crystals to cleanse and charge other crystals. (The selenite is grand for keeping things ready to go when needed even after white-light cleansing). When I say white-light cleansing (this is for those unfamiliar with the terming), I am referring to you the individual being the channel for pure white light energy from source, the divine, etc. The energy channeling can be in the form of Reiki but it doesn't have to be. As long as the intent is there, you are your most powerful and effective *tool* to work with and for cleansing your crystals just as effective.... focus and intent are what you need most. Blessings to your eve. ReNau
Guest guest
ReNau I was wondering about Citrine. Isn't that also one that does not need to be cleansed? I thought of that after I sent yesterday's question off to you.
