Guest guest
Is it ok to put more than one stone at a time under your pillow when you sleep? Also, which stones are excellent for this practice? Jin
Guest guest
Hi Jin, It all depends on what you are asking the stones to assist you with as to which ones to put there. Apophylite is an excellent one for astral projection. Rose quartz can assist you is sleeping. Some people like Amethyst next to their bed or under their pillow. I use a variety of stones and I do use them in combinations. Guest guest
Hi Jim, I like clear and rose quartz for my dreaming...but I think that sleeping stone selection is highly personal task and of course intuitive. I rotate and experiment with different combinations all of the time ! Good luck, keep us updated on your selections and results! Guest guest
Sodalite is a great sleeping/dreaming stone- my usual bed time set is a piece of sodalite and a piece of rutilated quartz, although I also use bloodstone or turquoise if I'm not not feeling well, and sometimes a big piece of carnelian- but that one is definitely personal preference. Guest guest
Hi Jin, As others have said, it's definitely down to personal preference. But here's my two pence... Someone recently suggested rose quartz and hematite under my pillow as I was having trouble sleeping. I think this has helped. I also threw in a piece of tiger's eye because I felt it was right. I believe this combination has helped me. I would try amethyst but also be aware that while it is known to be very helpful for insomnia in some people, it can also be an energiser in others! I can't sleep with amethyst near me! It makes my mind race with so many wonderful ideas I've been using carnelian lately because my crystal healer noted that I have a sacral blockage - I don't put this under my pillow, as I'm not drawn to do that, but I have it in a pouch rested near my sacral. I also permanently sleep with a big chunk of magnetite by my feet - safely encased for my feet protection and from being kicked out in the night! This helps keep me grounded and protects my feet from night pains. I've tried various crystals on my third eye while I sleep - a night eyemask with a crystal lodged on my forehead ones that have helped me sleep better in the past have been (as single stones, not combination) hematite, rhodochrosite and sodalite. So, there are lots of things you can try. First work out what you want to achieve, as someone else said, then ask on the forum for that specific thing, if it hasn't already been covered, then go and experiment - follow your intuition. Hope this helps, Katy UK On 08/09/2007, jindai32 <jindai32 wrote: > > Is it ok to put more than one stone at a time under your pillow when > you sleep?
