Guest guest
Jennifer, When taking Lobelia you will find that your body will let you know when you reach your limit. Too much lobelia will cause you to vomit. This is totally ok but it will occur. Lobelia mixed 1/2 and 1/2 with Mullein will not only help stop smoking but will start pulling the junk out of your lungs and you'll be able to heal them quicker. Remember that Lobelia when tinctured should have a % of ACV as the menstum as well as alcohol. This mixture pulls best with Lob. As far as off list you can always email Doc or any of us moderators for personal help and info. If we don't have the data we can refer you to someone who does.
