Guest guest
Hi all, I live in the Netherlands and came in contact with you through a search in . My first contact with stones was when I was a child, 8 years old. I found (really just on the pavement) a stone which attracted me. I held it with me for about a year and then layed it aside. Now 3 years ago I " found " that same stone again in the attic. I have looked it up on the internet and it was a snowflake obsidian tumblestone. My father emmigrated to the us some 15 years ago. Now my little brother (I am 20 years older, lol) finds little stones in their garden (tucson, AZ) and sends them by mail to me. It is a great sport to find the actual names of the stones by looking through books and the internet. Sometimes it can be hard too, but it is fun to do. After that I take a picture of the stone and send it back by email along with the name of the stone. We have done this the several times last year. Actually because my brother finds stones/rocks it renewed my interest in them, more active than ever and I think I cant ever go without them anymore. All the stones I have are gifted and I gift them to others too after I have found the name and the healing properties. I dont know if I may ask it here but if anyone wants to share stones and would like to send them to me so I can try to find their names and properties?
