Another book resource question

Hiyas everyone,

 

I just recently picked up a new book for my collection and I had a

question on it. The book I bought is " The Book of Stones " Simmons and

Ahsian. I am curious as to what people think of the book and also for

those that have used/read the book wonder what people thought of the

use of Earth elements: Earth, Wind, Fire, Water and Storm?

 

The main thing that bothers me about the use of elements to describe

meteorites i.e. Tektite and Moldavite as any sort of element. These

things came from outer space. Shouldn't these things have their own

classification/element?
