Giving Away Stones and Crystals...was WANTED healling stones, rocks

Hello everyone! I have been keeping up with this string of posts

over the last several days, and I decided it was time to write a

post myself, with my point of view.

 

I have found from my own personal experiences that the more I give,

the more I receive. I am sure that you have all heard the

expression that what you put out comes back to you 3-fold. This

applies to every aspect of my life.

 

By giving fully of what you have, you are acknowledging the

abundance in your life. And with that acknowledgement comes the

reality of that abundance. It has happened many times in my life.

As long as I focus on the abundance rather than the lack in my life,

I receive back more than I possibly need, allowing me the ability to

give even more.

 

So I never have a problem sharing my crystals and stones with those

who request them, or those whom I feel need them, at those special

times in their lives. I even keep a quart sized zip-loc of all

different kinds of stones in it, so that when someone in need

happens to stop by, I can simply offer that bag to the person so

that he/she can dig through and pick out whichever one(s) they are

attracted to.

 

We have a lot of troubled young people in this neighborhood, and it

has been very rewarding to know that these 'kids' feel comfortable

enough to stop by our place when they need to talk, or just need

to 'be' for a while. They quite often come here distressed and

depressed, but always leave with more peace within and smiles on

their faces.

 

And you know what? Those stones that they have picked out, while

they were here, have become a part of their lives. Sometimes they

keep them (and pull them out of their pockets to show me when they

stop by), or they tell me of special situations in their lives where

they have shared those stones with others who needed them. After

all, that's what it is truly all about, isn't it?

 

I don't think any of us is born with the intelligence to recognize

that rocks are anything more than rocks. I started out, like I know

most other people did, by recognizing how " pretty " certain stones

were. But underneath that physical attraction was much more. It

was that stone's or crystal's way of calling me...enticing me to

bring it into my life so that it could work its 'magic' on me,

providing its own unique energies when I needed them the most,

whether I recognized it on that level or not.

 

As time goes on, some of us wake up to the realization that it goes

way beyond the color, or the flashes and rainbows, or the shape, or

whatever physical qualities that we were originally attracted to.

It is when this awakening occurs that we can also fully acknowledge

the benefits they have, do, and will continue to provide us...if we

only allow them to.

 

Meanwhile, I am always into helping others anyway I can. And if

that means sharing stones and crystals with others, even if they

don't fully understand the connection, I'll still do it. And I will

slowly introduce these people to the energies these stones and

crystals provide.
