life time to grow strong, meditation takes a long time to slow down

the aging process or rejuvenate the mind, body and soul. The sooner

you start to meditate and the more often you meditate, the quicker

you will reach your goal. This is one of the key reasons why daily

meditation is beneficial. Meditation is not something that you can

over do. You possibly don't want to spend you whole life in a

trance, but even if you are able to spend a few hours a day, it will

not do you any harm.
