crystal grid to calm aid with anxiety

I have been researching information on crystal grid meditation . I

have set out below the crystals that i may use . Any thoughts on this

would be most welcomed .

A grounding crystal near base of spine :smokey quartz

On navel chakra:Citrine

On heart chakra : adventurine

on solar plexus:peridot

Amethyst just behind the head.

A smokey quartz in one hand and a clear quartz in another .

You are either referring to the same chakra here or a little bit out of

" alignment " for which you mean. The Sacral Chakra (orange is it's color) is

below

the naval more in line with tops of the hip bones (which on me is about half

way in between the naval and the pubic bone). The Solar Plexus Chakra

(yellow is it's color) is more in line with the small of the waist which is

closer

to the naval but just a bit above it.

 

I would definitely add Rose quartz to the heart chakra and some lepidolite

instead of amethyst at the third eye.

Rose quartz is an excellent choice! I would suggest to move the

amethyst from the third eye to the crown??? yes? no? what is your

opinion on this?
