Grounding

Hello Fae,

When you had said ground in the dirt, I didn't quite understand

fully, until I read the sentence below.

Do you actually go into the garden in the cold weather bare-footed to

ground? I did it in the living room where it was warmer-will that be

sufficient?

I live on Piaute indian land deep in the high sierras that was sold into

parcels years back. 

 

So I use the land regularly for spiritual tap. To better understand what I mean

by 'grounding' I will paint a spiritual picture for you. No matter what issue I

have trailing amungst me and wanting some answers, or feeling over energetic, to

possibly being extremely saddened for where I have been... etc. I go outside and

put my bared feet to mother earth. Perhaps its a religious practice but in any

case, I see it as this~ I have been studying energy and its possibilites since I

was 7 years old. I am not 39 and to ground means for me, placing my energy no

matter what it is preceived to be felt as and I put them on the earth directly

to help me release what I need to do to function properly.

If you have ever done any electrical work like putting in a power pannel to your

house or a satalite to your home for tv, you must have a Copper wire going from

it directly to the ground. To stabilize the energy.

I simply do the same only for the soul and consciousness to rid and stabilize

before trying to work further with mediphysical, consciousness work, meditation,

tools or crystals.

You can make it as personal as you wish and to whom ever you wish to be speaking

to.. for me I speak to god, mother earth and father sky. As my path is working

off of my land of the piautes. And my lands loaded, i mean loaded with amathyst,

smokey quartz, obsedian and clear crystal. So I have to be very careful with my

intentions while grounding.

So before i begin any form of self centered work, I go outside breath in a

meditation and say what i wish to release, what i was to have come to me while

my feet are in the dirt. It snows here, it rains here it does all aspects of

weather. I do this in any manner of weather as long as I am aware of the charge

it produces. Rain is the best in my perspective.

I dont stay out that long, I wear a coat if needed. Then I come in and do my

work while the family is asleep. I have a specific routine that i do while

inside but this portion is my creation. There is no rhyme to reason by book,

create of you by you if you wish to connect to time and space thru wonders.

Grounding simply gets your prepared to work with no interferences. If you have

an interference with you from you or from another or the biggie Your

consciousness this will effect everything.

But I have to let you in on a lil secret, YOU HAVE ALL YOUR ANSWERS WITH OUT

TOOLS.

The idea, here is to trust in your belief, your instinct and face your fears.

Yes, grounding & releaseing  in natural prana is the best!  I make roots when I

ground, don't always get to go outside though.   Will try this more for

releasing.  I had only used it in modalities where you released the clients'

negativity that way at the end of a session.  Never really thought about it much

for myself!  (Thanks)

So so true!  I use mine for confirmation and some times direction, but if I had

more confidence I wouldn't do that.  The tools for me help me hone my skills,

but I don't prefer to use them as  a general rule.

The idea, here is to trust in your belief, your instinct and face your fears.

 

Fears - do we really have to go there (just joking)  that is the biggie - if we

could get over that all the rest would fall in line.

Thank you! Great Spirit has been telling me to go outside all Winter.

The Light Bulb went on. It means to go out and GROUND with Mothewr

Earth! I thought it meant spending time outside and I get too COLD.
