explanation of grounding

        Ok this can be a tricky one to explain because there are alot of

varieties of viewpoints on the spirituality/ religion. But I will give a go at

it ... 

        If you think about it when ever you have alot of electricity in your

hands where you get zapped or zap someone, as we have all played the shock game

at some point. I especially have a horrible time with my vehicle doors and blue

arches.. So when I open my door I immediately place both hands on the dirted

ground before I touch my door to close it. Now many of you will notice you are

in town and not in desert terrain.

        Another way to explain grounding is the electrical box that has a copper

wire running from it down into the ground.... You may have seen this before if

not will be looking to investigate it when you come across an electrical pannel

      As far as Spiritual Grounding this is the same concept except with a bit

of a twist..... Before I begin any of my practices, like pendelum healing, or

perhaps if I just have something bugging my mind.. I go outside take my shoes

off and I place my feet into the dirt as well as my hands and I say a prayer to

Earth, and then To the Universe. Now this is where it gets tricky. Use what ever

you wish to here God, Grandma's spirit, Jesus what ever you wish to from below

and above. But typically when I teach this I say Earth is earth, The Mother. You

universe can be what ever it is for you * wink.

     So if you have something bothering you, you are about to perform magick,

healing or simply need to even out your excess within... spend a lil time with

yourself, your thoughts, your intentions, whats happened to you at work, what

ever it is and when your ready set those tootsies in the dirt and say take from

me me excess ( blaugh blaugh- what ever it is for you that need to say what it

is that is to come off of you and settle.) To the sky you say I wish to have

come to me.... from you_______ and when your done crying, or are finished with a

ritual, or about to begin healing with stones on someone. SIT ALONE and think a

bit. Get the other ick off of you before beginning.

   Sometimes when we work with another and we do not have the tools to keep

things from penetrating we have to find away to get it off of us. Even if its

something someone stated to us and our minds consciousness/unconsciousness needs

to rest. Go outside look at the stars, and think in the quiet, think about just

what it is that you wish to say.... place the feet in the dirt and then the

hands will follow to the dirt too... say your words to mother earth.. then to

the universe ( jesus, grandma whomever ) and ask for them to send you some

healing or their messege when the time is right for you to see, or for  you to

learn from.

   I have taken skeptics out and done this with a fight of im crazy, but the

funny thing is they always seem to say with hearted sincerety and wow Thank

you... I felt it. And then they hugg me tightly saying with tears... thank you.
