wado (thank you) I've gotten some nice " recipes " to try

here....

 

to give some background.....11 years ago I was hurt at work. For a year

the dr tried to find out what the problem was. A year after the accident

he decided it was an entrapped ulnar nerve in my right arm. So surgery

was performed.Unfortunately he didn't listen to me or the therapist he

had sent me to when we both told him something wasn't right. I left him

when he told me I was just neurotic cause I was idle. I went to the VA (I

am a Navy vet )

The drs there spent four months trying to help me and then decided

because I said something was wrong and the symptoms showed something was

wrong they would operate again. Well lo and behold the ulnar nerve had

" come undone " from the first surgery and it was the consensus

it happened while doing the therapy classes. Anyway after that surgery I

was put on medication for pain that stole two years of my life. A friend

of mine was going to a chiropractor and took me to him and he told me to

get off the junk of medications or I'd be dead in a year. Since that time

unless it is herbal or natural no meds has come into my body. (well other

than the penicillin when I had cataract surgery). I now have a

chiropractor who also does homeopathy and I am very happy and at ease

now. Needless to say I go natural all the time and won't do meds.

Sometimes those meds are more dangerous than the dis-ease.
